- Possess hands-on skills in at least two key areas: iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier), SQL queries, or data warehousing/BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI).
- Master the art of taking complex, highly technical concepts and translating them into simple, high-value business conversations for executive decision-makers.
- Ready to support EMEA regional time zones and comfortable traveling internationally up to 25% of the time.
- Bring proactive ownership, analytical decision-making, and experience forecasting product release impacts or advising on AI/automation integrations.
- German language proficiency is required; however, English is the primary language used for day-to-day communication and collaboration.
- Possess an active AWS Product Certification.
- Background in the e-Learning, Learning Management (LMS), or Human Capital Management (HCM) industries.
- Direct experience consulting on platform performance, high availability, uptime, and enterprise scalability.
