Introduction

As our Senior Product Manager for the Analytics team, you own the strategy and execution for our analytics product area end-to-end. You work hands-on with a dedicated product team - partnering closely with engineering and design to turn data into meaningful product experiences that help our customers understand and act on what's happening in their organisation.
Tasks
- Own and drive the day-to-day roadmap for the analytics product area, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution
- Work closely with your engineering lead and UI/UX designer to deliver high-quality analytics experiences
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to Haiilo's overall product strategy
- Identify market trends, customer needs and opportunities to drive meaningful innovation in analytics and data
- Act as the key liaison between your product team and internal stakeholders — keeping communication structured, clear and consistent
- Be the go-to person for product requests and ensure they're handled in a structured, transparent way
- Foster a culture of agility, collaboration and continuous improvement within your team
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on analytics or data products
- Solid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practices
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a global, fast-moving environment
- Comfortable owning a product roadmap - from identifying opportunities to communicating changes to stakeholders
- Fluent english skills, german is a nice to have
