Forward Deployed Engineer

• Embed with the customer, participate in user research and quickly prototype solutions.
• Architect and execute innovative software solutions tailored to customer missions.
• Build & lead delivery of secure, scalable code from concept to production.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to grow team capabilities.
• Conduct technical solution research and track product trends.
• Collaborate closely with your Echo to translate product vision into technical reality.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through reviews and best practices.
• Surge on the toughest technical challenges to keep momentum high focused on outcomes, not just features.
• Demonstrate progress and lead customer facing desk side feedback sessions.

• Former Palantir Delta / FDSE or equivalent deep Palantir platform expertise
• 10+ YOE in computer science, software engineering, mission knowledge, or related vocation
• Proven track record leading implementations in government or secure environments.
• You can design a system, mentor a team, and dive into code in the same day.
• Are Mission & Outcome Obsessed – you care more about results than slideware.
• Own It – you see a problem, you fix it; no one needs to hand you a ticket.

• Active clearance (or immediate eligibility).
• Palantir Foundry and Apollo experience is highly desired.
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement favored
