In this role, you will not only define the trajectory of our AI portfolio, but also translate market potential into concrete business strategies that deliver sustainable value and solidify our position as an innovation leader.

• You will define and implement pioneering AI transformation strategies, identify disruptive opportunities, and design future-proof AI roadmaps across our business units.
• You will accelerate AI adoption, align leadership across the organization, and actively engage global stakeholders in our initiatives.
• In this role, you will analyze vendor ecosystems and modernize our AI portfolio by leveraging emerging technologies.
• Your responsibility will be to lead portfolio optimizations, product sunsets, and strategic vendor transitions with a goal-oriented approach.
• You will harmonize AI roadmaps, sourcing decisions, and capital investments with business priorities, enterprise architecture, and security requirements.
• By proactively establishing transparency around portfolio overlaps and dependencies, you will formulate strategic recommendations for platform solutions and safeguard value realization against defined KPIs.

• Education: degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience and Knowledge: extensive, multi-year experience in digital transformation, business strategy, portfolio management, or product management; line-management experience, ideally at department level; proven track record of driving business transformation and technology adoption across large-scale enterprises; profound expertise in AI market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor landscapes; solid foundation in portfolio management, product lifecycle management, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decision frameworks; strong grasp of business planning, investment prioritization, value realization, and roadmap development; sound understanding of enterprise architecture, AI platforms, APIs, data products, security, and governance standards; hands-on experience in leading executive stakeholder management, advisory consulting, and cross-functional transformation programs
• Personality and Working Practice: outstanding ability to analyze complex strategic landscapes and serve as a persuasive, high-impact AI evangelist across all organizational levels, actively guiding and accelerating change processes.  You define your division’s contribution to overall success, set ambitious goals, and use resources in a targeted manner; You recognize market trends, take risks transparently and focus on sustainable growth; You will provide team members with orientation, encourage them to help shape the team and highlight successes; You attract diverse talents, combine performance with team cohesion, and use challenges as opportunities for development; your demonstrate your role model function in everyday actions
• Languages: excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
